The General Data Protection Regulation (Règlement Général de Protection des données also known as RGPD) effective May 25, 2018, rules the collection, processing and storage of personal data.  The provisions of this regulation also protect the rights of the individuals involved.

Collection of personal information/data :
Two types of personal information are collected on the website:
• data entered by users and sent via our registration forms
• data collected by the web analytics tool Google Analytics

Data Controller :
Personal data are collected on the website by SAS CAPED5, (a company whose trademark is Nestyou), a company headquartered at 234 avenue de Brigode in Villeneuve d’Ascq, registered under Siret # 831 354 543 RCS Lille Métropole, as of August 7, 2017.

Purpose of the collection of personal data :
The purpose of gathering data on the website is to better manage NESTYOU customers and potential customers. The information file is used for statistical purposes, and for contacting and/or offering relevant content to our contacts.

By submitting the forms and checking the consent box on the forms, users expressly consent to their personal data being used for the purpose of managing the business relationship.

Other personal information are also collected during the course of the business relationship that Nestyou established with its renters and owners of the apartments offered for rent. This file is used only in order to manage the relationship: confirm a booking, contact customers regarding their reservation or rental, alert them of a possible issue, track rentals…

By submitting the forms and checking the consent box on the forms, internet users expressly consent to their personal data being used for the purpose of managing the rental.

The purpose of collecting data (via the traffic tracking tool Google Analytics used on the website and landing pages) is to analyze the behavior of internet users on the website and landing pages in order to measure traffic and improve performance.

Google Analytics uses third party cookies in order to distinguish users from one another. Cookies are text-files installed on users device. They include no name-related information, only randomly-generated identifiers.

When using the website, users expressly consent to having their personal data collected by Google Analytics and used in order to analyze users behavior so as to improve the performance of the website and landing pages.

Data retention :
Data collected via forms on the website for identified contacts are kept for a maximum of 36 months. At the end of this period and in the absence of activity on the website, all data pertaining to an inactive user will be deleted.

Data privacy :
Your personal information collected by the website is solely intended for the Nestyou company and shall solely be used in connection with the stay described in the form. In no instance shall the personal data entered and sent via the forms be transferred, leased or sold to any third party. Nestyou employees shall sign a confidentiality agreement binding them to respect data privacy or expose themselves to sanctions.

Location of stored data :
Our hosting servers are exclusively located in France or in Belgium, within the European Union. Nestyou shall not transfer any personal data to a country that is not a member of the European Community.

Security of personal data :
The website is hosted on OVH secured servers.
Only the people in charge of Nestyou marketing, business and technical services and its contractors have access to the data collected on the website via a unique and individual access.

Data Protection Officer :
Astrid LEMAIRE is the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for the Nestyou company. Right of access, correction or deletion of personal data :
